Well could not take pics of pipework today as broke phone . But i do have auxillary pump with kontak levers in cab and under the cab on back of pump is 2 blanked off outlets . I guess these are for when the loader is plumbed in properly . But i have read today that lever needs to be in ext 1...
Yer sure i can get some pics from underneath , i have removed the panels already , so can see the plumbing under the levers in cab . Will do them tomorrow . As to bucket had no idea what it came from but it had some mega engineering and welding off brackets to fit front of loader .must weigh 200...
As requested a pic of pllumbing to spool valves at rear .i have it locked in ext 1 and quad lever on constant pumping . I do seem to have more lift capacity this way but not sure it will lift a ton?also a pic of bucket on from which is 6ft hence brackets are on back , maybe this will unbalace...

Our trailblazer has the exhaust that goes up and runs paralell with seat and has the chrome vented heat guard . Think it might be for the american market . Tin work was orange b4 mr rust set in
Update is all good news . Put air line on feed pipe to lift pump and had free flow of air back to tank . Fueled up then couple of pushes on lift pump and fuel started to fill bowl . After what seemed like ages opened up unions on fuel pipes . Cracked injectors 1 and 4 . Cranked her over shut 1...
Lots of good advice . I will fill tank tomoz and see if gravity pushes fuel to union at lift pump , like i said only about 3 inch of fuel in tank today and might be too low to prime manual pump not knowing what height feeder pipe is in tank
Well had a spare hour today so purchased new fuel filter . Opened up manual lift pump and yes the gauze was thick with black sludge , some which had set solid . So cleaned it all up , new fuel filter and seals fitted then started to prime hand pump which felt more like it should . But no fuel...
Thanks for ya help . A cpl of weeks ago it was minus 9 where we are and im sure the fuel lines froze ,if the diesel went waxy even though temp is warmer now would that block filters too ?
I bled the fuel system each time it cut out . Drove the tractor back minus trailer free running fuel from tank . So will try new filters over weekend and hope that does the trick . Did notice 1 thing when bleeding system . I had to completley undo the 1st outlet union on fuel filter to prime...
Went to take my ladys muck trailer up to farm today and twice it cut out on me . She has an old griffiths grain trailer and has been packing it solid with straw last 2 weeks , with that in mind and the constant rain would it be true to say that the trailer was to heavy to pull down the lane up...
Well found correct starter solonoid from tractor spares . Took 10 mins to refit and she fired up like brand new . Thanks for all replies on this issue .
Could any 1 give me advice on how to remove and replace the starter solonoid on a mf 590 please . I have the workshop manual but no info in there . I have removed the magnetic front part but the piston or ram that engages the starter motor is still inplace i have no idea how to remove it . Any...
Some 1 told me that i can use hydraulic oil in the transmission , would that b ok ? I now use 10 w 30 for both engine and transmission any advice be appreciated
