When renting a property do you include white goods or not?

Some HMO landlords are feeling the "heat" on all outgoings included. I know one who has been forced to install sub meters and knock a few quid of the rent, this gives an incentive for his (mainly) student tenants to save energy. He always agrees meter readings with each and also agrees a payment...

In my experience not a better rent and tend to be well used. Generally, good, proud house keepers prefer their own goods

When renting a property do you include white goods or not?

Ah diddums. I bet you rushed out to buy him new top spec model and got it tuned in for him as well. Anything like that, left by the outgoer is offered as a gift if they wish, "but as seen".

When renting a property do you include white goods or not?

In Cambridgeshire Cookers only, in Suffolk & Norfolk no white goods. The AST agreements schedule that the tenant has to obtain professional instillation of their white goods and insure them along with a Tenants Liability cover ( not that expensive).

    Abusive (commercial) farming relationships

I do agree! But why is it we always choose the wrong people to represent us? The NFU is an essential organisation. However it does have an arcane way of electing the top table. Don't get me wrong Mrs Batters is excellent, but her deputy is very lacking.

    NFU or TFA

OK, both NFU and TFA are crap for FBT's but are tops for AHA's. TFA is a cheaper sub but lacks clout and now has a chairman with no balls, a wet rag! NFU, Minette is a tenant on FBT (has good landlord) sub dearer, great insurance (do take the extra rents and dispute cover less than a hundred...
