We had very similar symptoms with a 2011 536 60, dealer tried everything and couldn't fathom it. Starter motor then started getting lazy so we swapped that and it cured everything. Couldn't believe it
Herdsman/woman required for 200 cow herd. All year round calving with a focus on good grassland and silage management and cow health. Modern 16/32 GEA parlour. Role to include the following, but can be tailored to suit the right candidate
Shared milking with other members of the team

Is the current store floor designed originally to have the extra weight of the slats and cubicles on it? Lots of weight in a small area if using walls or pillars to keep it all up, usually need to strengthen those areas when building a shed over a tank.
I'd say your right there, getting the tyre choice right on a single axle tanker is the most important thing, more than who puts the steel together. Bought a 2500 Conor in 2015 on Belshina 30.5 R32. Ride was awful, just bouncing around bossing the tractor. They never sealed on the rims from day...
We've just had a new underground 11000v cable put across our ground. Right cock up from day one, contractors had no regard for our property, fences damaged, gate posts hit, gates left open, rubbish left in feilds, crops driven over outside the agreed working area, reinstatement was shocking...
First things first do they have enough feeding space to all eat at once?
Our ration is 2kg straw, 9.5kg wholecrop, 9.5kg good silage, 15kg low p + k stemmy bale, 150g minerals, 2kg dry cow rolls. Biggest thing we found for retained cleansing and whites was giving them mineral boluses at dry...
What about a New Holland skid steer @Alternativedairy?
Went into limp mode cos the DPF wouldn't regen so local mechanic put some cleaning foam in it, now its totally blocked and stalls cos of the back pressure
Thanks for the advice, maybe not such a good idea then, land is far from level. Any idea where to source non genuine ones from, I've looked at Kramp, spaldings and sparex but cant find any
Anyone changed the hydraulic rams on the individual sections on a germinator to mini top links. Holes either end of all mine are all worn through nearly so thought it might be cheaper than new rams.
Just bought a second hand sprayer with the above controller and would like to run the speed signal from the tractor instead of the magnet setup. If I get a cable to join the tractor to the 7 pin connector in the picture will it work? There is no mention of what that port does in the manual.
Had a 12m hydraulic folding for 5 years now. Arag controls which are very good but the sprayer frame that holds the tank has needed welding a lot. Booms are too heavy for the frame and cracks around the top link pin. I see on the new ones there is a brace going over the top of the tank, guessing...
When we did the whole herd at the start we hired in the foot trimmer with his roll over crush but now with heifers just put them in a race with a yoke, most just stand there but the odd one needs 2 people to do, usually just hold the nose to keep her occupied with that instead of the leg
We bolus every cow at drying off with tracesure cu/i. Never have any trouble with RC, even with twins. Doesn't help your current problem but prevention is better than cure imo, better than going to the pub of an evening stinking of old cleansing after sticking your hand up there
Couldn't you push the block round 90 deg with the push off by having it do the pivoting . Less steel needed. Push it off then have a ram and pivot on one end of the push off. Shear grab might not carry as much tho with the gubbins in the load space. Maybe a cleverer man than me could make one...
