I have bought two 710/60 R38 from a farmer near Perth and I want them picked up and transported to me near Bridgwater, what’s the easiest way to do it please?
I presume that is what you would call this? Leaks all the air from system overnight. Can I do anything with it or do I have to get a new one . If so where do I find one please?
Using a Chafer Guardian sprayer with Teejet controller on Fendt section control. How do I get the sprayer to turn on straight a way when starting off in corner’s please without having to put it in manual and then switching to auto when I get some speed up. It won’t spray below a certain speed...
As above, anyone have any experience of using this trailer to transport a 8.5t digger? Just seems to make sense to take dump trailer and digger together, so you don’t have to keep running back and forth with a low loader. It would also reduce the capital tied up in having both a low loader and a...
Currently running neighbour’s Tmk shear on the auxiliary service as the pipes connected straight in but cannot use the boom swing without switching shear off. Is it worth getting a longer pipe and change the connectors so I can run it on the breaker circuit, as it says I should in manual?
Would...
Hauling grain at the moment with a Fendt516 and Bailey root trailer with commercial axles and I’m disappointed with the amount of braking coming from the trailer. Have adjusted trailer brakes as close as I dare but still disappoints. Have be using numerous other trailers over the past week, some...
As above, 3-4000l, 24-30m VG boom, auto section control, iso bus, steering axle. Needs to be reliable and well maintained. Have looked at a couple Chafer which look to fit the bill but are strong money at £45k for a 2015, which has only done 5000ha and £55k for a 2019 which has done 14,000ha ...
Looking for a digger to do ditching and possible tree shearing plus usual on farm jobs. Have been searching the web and have found these. What are your thoughts on them please.
Anyone using one of these? How do you get on with it? We have a mile of farm track to maintain and I’m starting to feel the strain of shovelling scalpings to fill in pot holes and think this might be an easier way to maintain the track by keeping a camber on it and preventing the pot holes from...
As above please. Only want to plough six inches deep so power not an issue but lift requirement is. Ideally would be hydraulic vari width but this would probably make it too heavy so may be manual vari width would be a good compromise. It would either go behind a Fendt516 or a 64 Jd.
what are peoples thoughts on the above, standard and full auto. Do you have it and do you use it?
What makes of combines run similar systems and same questions.
https://www.murraymachinery.com/products/gravel-road-grader. Thinking of getting one of these for a mile long stone track which we need to keep the water off to avoid getting too pot Holley.
Would like to know how existing users have got on with them. Does it leave a good camber either side to...
Have been approached by numerous developers in the past but have only got to signing the letter of authority stage only to be told the grid connection is too costly or expensive. Now have one developer who seems keener and says they will apply for grid connection of 49.9MW using the L of A which...
Thinking of investing in some Stihl cordless tools to make the garden and farm easier to maintain. Initially thought of strimmer, poles saw and reach hedge trimmer but was thinking if would could sensibly mow bits of grass that the lawn mower can’t get at with the reach hedge trimmer and save on...
Pictured bedformer seems to be digging slightly deeper on the right. Have checked all the obvious and tried changing various things and the only thing that has made a positive difference is swapping the points over from left to right and the right hand one seems to be slightly more worn than the...
