Yes.it was resolved with the absence of the manufacturer. I sometimes wonder if it’s me but all I ask is people do what they promise or say they will do or communicate. Other suppliers manage it and I am happy to shout it from the rooftops when the product is good and the staff helpful.

Not sure if you’ll get an artic but try Philip Watkins. Good build quality Good paint. Delivered on time. Have had a low loader, and a pair of bale trailers and they all do what’s asked of them with no problems at all. We just had this done too, we provided the body and they built the chassis.

At your peril. Net these guys could even find a way to cock up a bale trailer given half a chance. Late delivery would be a blessing in disguise. 🤣
