My atv will not start . Has spark but no fuel and a f1 flashing light when trying to start. Was working fine but today not starting. Fuel pump seems to pump ok. Can I reset that fault light by disconnecting battery? Seems to have carburettor but is apparently fuel injected.

Hi, Our 2016 yamaha atv coughs and splutters and engine cuts out when the fuel level reaches between 3/4s_1/2 full but when i fill it up full it runs fine. i cleaned out the tank, put on new fuel filter on the fuel pump which is inside the tank but it made no difference. would anyone have any ideas?
