Used salt from curing lamb hams - what to do with it..?
So I have been curing some sheep meat for hams and biltong in salt. It worked well and the meat lost. 15% of its weight in there. What's this sheep footbath solution
What's so special about this stuff that it's got none of the key ingredients that make a normal footbath solution... I did ask our vet who was going to do some digging but never heard anymore.
