Been lucky enough to have visited the Steyr factory in Austria, still building some good looking products and innovative hybrid power units on the way. Are there many left in the uk it’s not a brand we much of anymore.
Ok so the wife has a Diesel Forester we bought it at 2 year old and now it’s knocking on 10 year old 100k miles, has a few issues and really needs replacing. It’s been totally trouble free with my only real gripe been the make work stick and 3 pedals.

looking at a fendt tractor witch are all vario ,the massey rep says that a powershift gearbox is the right gear box if doing a majority of its work on the road he says vario is for feild work.

got a three years old diesel polaris ranger with kubota engine.
I do like it and it has to work hard in harsh conditions but I recon it's cost me £2500 in repairs plus servicing plus deprecation in the last 12 months
