What is the approx range of moisture contents of wood chip used in farm/ industrial wood furnaces that are used for indirectly heating greenhouses, warehouse , groups of estate domestic cottages/houses etc etc.

Thought I'd kick this off, what are peoples thoughts regarding seedbed feeding this year ? We are going to increase slurry and apply a foliar n product once the plant is growing.

I have a field that has had cattle out wintered on it. I would like to reseed it in the Autumn. So i would like something growing in there in the meantime that can be grazed. TIA James

Morning all, Has anyone got any opinions on gs4 seed mixes, particularly if your grazing sheep and cutting for hay. Are there any mixtures better than others? Any particular "must haves" in mixture from a grazing and cutting perspective? Thanks 😀
