Any ballpark figures for renting out a barn for storage use?
Water tight barn for a non agri short term storage use.
I appreciate all the pitfalls and things to think about, just not sure what sort of rent is achievable.
Anyone had one for arable recently?

We need better Grain storage for harvest. On floor cooling is essential and the ability to dry it a bit would be helpful. Underfloor ducts seem simplest.

Looking to erect a new grain store in the very near future. I have historically used galvanised steel gutters for any new buildings. Looking at some of these gutters after 10 years I wonder how long they will last. What's the preferred option with TFF members?
Thanks
