Just bought a 5 mtr. harrow but the instructions on the accumulator for the ram have been rubbed off. It says a maximum of 8 to10 bar, but is this with the ram closed or down? Any help appreciated.

Our yard/ hardstanding consists mainly of road planings on top of compacted hardcore. Has a fair bit of traffic on it in terms of forklifts and artics which tend to scuff the top around leading to an uneven surface.

Changing wheel bearings , stub axle threads worn , have put 2 washers on as a spacer to find good threads.
What's easiest way to repair this properly, can I use a die to cut new threads into old ones , use a slightly smaller nut , or Is there a better way.
