Abandoned car
Car appeared on a private car park we have use of couple of weeks ago. Have just put the reg into dvla and it failed mot 7 July, so can be fairly certain it was driven away from test centre and dumped here. What does one do to get it removed ? Can't see how our scrap man can take it without...- delilah

Vat on selling farm pickup
My vat registered farming business bought a second hand pickup from a vat registered dealer a few years ago and never reclaimed the vat as it wasn’t a vat qualifying vehicle I now want to sell it at a loss. Do I have to charge any vat on it ? I’m thinking not, but not 100% sure- JohnDeere8530
