Hi can anyone tell me what size of a tractor a quicke 660 is for?

I have a simba freeflow and it needs a replacement ram for using the tramline kit. The thing is I don't have enough spools on the tractor to use it anyway. Would it be possible to use a 12v actuator to replace it like below. Has anyone done something similar?
