I m a little unhappy with the condition of some of my ewes pre tupping .I'm thinking a mineral drench may perk them up?Or am I wasting my money without testing for deficiency first

Anyone feed silage and straw to suckers with a straw chopped,
I'm debating either a mixer wagon or straw chopper, cows don't eat straw if given bale silage bale straw separate but will they if I layer silage and straw together with chopper?
Chopper be handy as currently bedding by hand. But...

Due to there currently being “no market” for feed oats it seems like it could be a good feed source for my ewes and next years lambs. I wouldn’t make a dent in what we have in the grainstore but it seems a cheaper feed source...

Put grass seeds in about 3 weeks ago, they are up and away. Sprayed with roundup first, should I be spraying for docks again now or wait until Spring. I can see the little buggers there starting to grow. Our two Spring reseeds were not sprayed at all, tried to be clever, it didn't work, now...
