Who is doing one and what are you using .
Forecast after Wednesday is looking dry and warmer, so wondering if there’s much to be gained, other than piece of mind .

April is the month when winter barley crops develop the fastest and the demand for plant nutrition is at its highest.
Depending on the total amount of nitrogen (N) to be used, growers should make sure that they apply the last split before Growth Stage...
Everyones stocks of CTL must surely have dwindled now. Plenty of forward growth on crops. What people starting to think about fungicide decisions going forward?
For me:
OSR - nothing probably. But its not overly lush
Winter Barley - Probably go for a 3 spray program where I usual go for...

Teagasc is confirming that the area of winter oilseed rape sown out in Ireland has increased by an estimated 25% this season.
This is due to a combination of high forward prices and planting opportunities last August.
Crops are generally more...
Are people buying chemicals now for next year? We know certain products that we will definitely use year on year, prices look like rising and we have already had problems getting some herbicides this autumn, just pondering what products could be best bought now

It’s been a long time since I’ve grown spring barley, what are people using for fungicides and growth regs this year? Crop looks well with good potential
nearly may and yet to use a fungicide, crops spotless clean
cold, dry - could this be the first year we don’t use this group of chemicals at all ?
rain could change things yet but it will need to be significant now to rebalance smd’s
anyone else not applied a fungicide to wheat or barley...
Have used 0.5l/ha Jaunt (Fluoxastrobin(75g/l) Prothioconazole(150g/l)
Trifloxystrobin(75g/l)) the last couple of years with good results( have both been very dry springs with low levels of disease). With the loss of CTL what are people using this year?
Ours we be there end of next week I expect, especially when in warms up.
No T0 and no disease about here.
What are people thinking? SDHI?
Anything will be partnered with Folpet.
I’m growing rye for the first time this year. I’ve got hybrid variety Serafino.
It follows wheat, straw baled, stubble raked, drilled last week of September with JD750a.
The issue I have is that it is thin in the swath rows. I take it that it doesn’t like the toxins from the wheat chaff. Has...
Know it's miles early. What's he collectives thoughts now CTL has passed on. Is Iodus (Laminarin?) any use on Septoria and Mildew (plenty of peatground) or is it a case of Folpet with fingers firmly crossed? In the West so Septoria is the main target.
I usually buy an IBC of Manganese every year and lash a bit on with the sprayer. I've done tissue tests in the past because I felt they were relatively dear and I wasn't gaining a lot. But I still use the manganese for the barley even though I'm not sure its any measurable difference.
But given...
I'm trying to create a IF formuala, so that if the value of A12 equals a word in a particular column (R) , then I want the formula to return a value of the word in cell V2.
Struggling!
Had the report back and LLS has 35% incidence. Is this good / bad? Have many others had the ADAS test? At what % incidence would you consider spraying at?
