A new ADAS report indicates that the inclusion of folpet into wheat fungicide programmes consistently provides yield and margin benefits by improving septoria control.
The report, which was commissioned by ADAMA and Syngenta, evaluated the effect of adding the multi-site fungicide, folpet, to...
Who is doing one and what are you using .
Forecast after Wednesday is looking dry and warmer, so wondering if there’s much to be gained, other than piece of mind .
Anyone having issues with drip stop valve rubbers failing when spraying Corteva’s Univoq, Iconiq or similar?
Seems to a bit of an issue among sprayer drivers having widespread DSV failure on FB.

What are peoples thoughts on what to use for septoria control at t0 this year? Didn't do a t0 for septoria last year, only teb on yellow rust susceptible varieties, but had too much septoria in may/june for my liking.
What is there?
Folpet?
Can you get mancozeb this year?
Triazole for the...
Everyones stocks of CTL must surely have dwindled now. Plenty of forward growth on crops. What people starting to think about fungicide decisions going forward?
For me:
OSR - nothing probably. But its not overly lush
Winter Barley - Probably go for a 3 spray program where I usual go for...
For some reason I can't post the video if someone can please do. Go to about 48 mins in and there is a farmer called Angus from Yorkshire who Is not using fungicides but concentrating on plant health and nutrition.
I find this very interesting as we did some on farm trials and saw very similar...
Started on a farm in feb and they have been growing a blend of kerrin, crispin and gleam. I’ve sent a few loads into central store and the bushel is really low. The crops look good but aren’t yielding as much as they look.
Bushels around 68.
Had t0 teb, t1 .8 ascra, t2 1l revystar, t3 azoxy +...
I have heard from my agronomist today that someone not far from me PE9 postcode, has been harvesting extase with a yield of about 2 t/ha. Apparently KwS are looking into this. Has anyone else had any problems.?
We have used Revystar on Spring Barley at "paint brush" for ramularia and it is disappointing.
We used Adexar type (old stock) as a T2 on wheat and I thought we had too much septoria. My independent agronomist brought some plants from a neighbour who had used Revystar (same variety) and it was...
Spring barley is 7 weeks from harvest. Has ramularia present on 2nd and 3rd leaves.
Got 0.6 revystar to go on this week. Would that be enough to keep it at bay?
My Extase has all got bleached on the lower leaves. Surviving volunteer oats are showing a similar leaf pattern, is it Atlantis damage? Lilly in the same field doesn’t show this leaf damage.
I need to replace Skyfall for this autumn drilling. It’s breaking then to rust and has had its day now.
Will carry Graham for another year, hopefully more.
So what varieties are worth looking at?
Note I’m in the SW so good septoria scores are a must!
