    Land Rover price drops

Some LR models are on the price plunge it seems. A friend works for the local LR dealership and he was telling me at the weekend that Velars are finished. He’s just given £35k for a 18k mile top spec version that’s on a 21 plate. Brand new it was £65k as he sold it to the guy. Brand new RR’s are...

    Number of tractors

Inspired in some way by the gatecrash of the Fendt gearbox thread, just thought I'd see what folks did. 20 years ago we managed with two 6290's and a 3075, and up to three hire tractors at peak times and contractor help for beet drilling and harvesting, hedge cutting, square baling, destoning...

    AGCO Takeover Trimble Agriculture

Only just heard about this today - interesting development. Scary to read that AGCO is "by far the smaller company in the deal, despite it having a more prominent public presence in the agricultural industry." https://www.agriland.co.uk/farming-news/agco-spends-2-billion-on-trimble-acquisition/

Teejet auto section control playing up with trimble auto steer

If using both together(don't use autosteer on the sprayer that often) the teejet section control can go all over the place and shift its line and field ends. Both antennas are on the roof of the sp sprayer and about 6 inches apart. Thoughts and experiences please.

    Rtk signal

How come literally right next to my mast one of the screens struggles to get the signal, the other two are fine, yet get over a mile away and it's fine. Indeed it picks up a signal 22km away absolutely fine! I tried reducing the output wattage of the base and it made no difference. Weird.
