    Glyphosate in with pre-ems?

    It's chuffing windy I want to go drilling. I have some big weeds (groundsel, thistles) but not many grassweeds in the seedbeds yet. From memory you're only allowed 1.5lts of 360 post drilling. Is gly with pre-ems a waste of time? Thanks!

    newbie to sheep farming -scabby mouth lamb won't drink or eat -

    I have 5 lambs with chronic maggot infestation - did treat 5 weeks ago with Crovec.......- one lamb, in addition to maggots, has scabby mouth and cannot drink or eat - should I bottle feed with warm salty water?

    Anyone else getting disincentivsed with farming?

    Went organic 8 years ago, that got rid of fertiliser spreading and spraying, which I enjoyed, but the figures work. Now looking at sfi which will likely fill in more gaps again... soon I won't much be needed for 3/4 of the year, ultimate streamlining maybe, and probably offensive to stock...

    Has anyone ever autumn established SFI AHL2 after a crop off winter wheat, grown fast seeding crops such as mustard and then gone into a spring barley late March early April? Probably a good reason why it isn’t being done!
