So, the bull was in a sale and the bidding "reached" £1.23 million? Or was it Rupees, bearing in mind that a Rupee is approximately one penny at the current exchange rate, and the owner decided not to sell it???
Yeah, right, I've been to sales like that. Publicity stunt for the bull , imo, and it's worked as it's got people talking about it on the other side of the world!

I'm not sure I understand his logic here! £360k/yr would take 3-4 years to make the £1.23mil and that would come with high risk.

That's assuming the" bidder" had the money for him to accept. There are t's+c's at some auctions in this country that would've seen the vendor liable for the commission on the bid!!!
