South African advert, converts to £42,000, and 155hp.
How much would a basic weatherproof cab and a strong loader add I wonder? And how many people would buy one?

And a grass men sunstripDon't forget It would need twin beacons and a 2 ton front weight to sell in any numbers...
All good, until some jobsworth in the Shengen zone asks about engine emissions or type approval, then the wheels fall off the whole idea. As everyone knows, emissions produced outside of Europe don't harm the planet.
I was talking to someone at the Honda factory at Swindon many moons ago (buying japan spec engines direct), and she mentioned that Honda had accidentally sent an £85,000 Japanese spec NSX to the UK. As it wasn't type approved and with no mechanism to return it to Japan they were awaiting it being sent to the crusher.
My pleading to buy it for 'racing use only' fell on deaf ears ?
Such a shame! Evidently more cost effective to destroy it than send it back?
I’d love a late Manual NSX.
Knock 50hp and a lot of money off and I'd consider it. Have looked at one of those Massey's with no cab but they are still a lot of money when you add a loader.

Why?Landini?
No thanks.
I once had a bit of a race with an original NSX. Sounded utterly ace. Fire engine red.
I remember from the jD factory tour that there is supposed to be 4km of electric cabling in the cab. If you then add on the computer, screens and air conditioning it soon starts to add up.Cabs must be expensive
Because he's a brand snob.Why?
