Are they due a change of franchiseI agree. I noticed the machine squealing immediately and mentioned it to the dealer the next day. Not much reaction tbh. At 80hrs complained to workshop manager. He could come out right away or wait for 100hr service. I said it's not worth coming right out, it can wait a week or so.
Rang and booked the service, manager said a filter change might help, first filter maybe finer gauge. Sounds plausible I said.
Fitter comes a few days later and is only going to grease machine and wax oil boom, I said about filter, news to him he said, workshop manager has left company
Another Fitter has been twice, kicked a few tyres but nobody wants to change filter. Fitter has now left company too
I'm beginning to think what a shower of sh!t.
Oh, and then I got billed.
