110/120mm thick concrete panels

I've got a weeping wall muck store that needs 4 new concrete panels for the doorway. They are 110mm x 450mm x 4300mm. They would need to be prestressed for double loading. The gap they drop into is 140mm so I'm sure 120mm thick panels would still fit, also the height is somewhat flexible.
