Go for an omelette at the famous stall, can’t remember name off top of my head but they’re bloody good. I think he uses about 1500 eggs a day and he’s never washed his pan [emoji23]

Our travel agent warned us that eating street food in India, isclassed as a dangerous sport, so our insurance wont cover us
Locals tell us most is fine apart from the samosas and milk shakes or anything with unboiled milk

The stronger the curry, the more off the meat is. Beware of ice cubes in your drink & salads washed in water too.

[emoji23] yes that’s fair enough, I did 3 months around India and went from being extremely cautious at the beginning to eating everything off the street at the end. Amazing place and cheapest place I’ve ever been

I guess you can built up some immunity over time.
