Just wondering what sort of money a four wheel drive 1594 is worth I have a notion of buying a cheap 4wd drive tractor

I dont think they made too many 1594. Beware hydra shift problems and hydraulic issues.poor examples probably less than £2k but you will be against collectors for good ones £4-6k i would think possibly fair bit more for really nice ones. Seem to remember that there was a dealer looking for £25k for one with very low hours, but there were question marks on it

I liked the look of them and it's only a machine to do a bit of baling with I definitely wouldn't be needing one in pristine condition

Just check the engine is giving full oil pressure, there was a batch of suspect engine oil pumps. Some change the pump or at least fit an oil pressure gauge up into the cab.

I heard they had a fault in the pump there doesn't seem to be many about here
