if anyone has 16 million quid why the hell would they be bothered to rent out land to annoying farmers that don't wanna pay up. that will most likely go to a foreigner.
Assuming I could raise the 5% stamp duty and 5% deposit, the monthly payments are a very manageable £83k/month over 25 yrs @ 5%
Now if I could get £200/acre = £260k, keep the entitlements 104k plus the houses rented at a grand a month £180k = Still about half a million a year short... wind turbines?
Last time I was in Kensington a crap house cost 15million and the parking space outside cost 150k, know which I would rather have and it wouldna be in that dump they call London.
I believe it is has sold to who I don't know. Rumour has it for £1mill more than was paid 18 months ago. Farm sale was yesterday kit was relatively cheap from what I heard. Owners made a mess of the job by all accounts when they bought it most was tenanted paid them up to go and farmed it in hand. Apparently they had SPF docked for ploughing up areas of Permenant pasture they shouldn't of. Just hope they didn't buy it originally with borrowed money. When you look at an estate like that although it would be shame to split surely would make more if you did how much would that house alone be worth?
