2 fixes? Any good will?

Should I expect some good will from my dealer if the fault wasnt fixed 1st time. I understand it's not always easy to always diagnose a fault 1st time.
I dont think there was anything wrong with 1st part that was swapped.
1st part was a sensor now got to swap the loom.
If this goes to part 3 my sence of humor will be stretched...

its all a bit of give and take isn't it?

Had the washer pipe for windscreen snagged when adding a 2nd spool to a block. Waited a month until tech was back and it was sorted . Could have asked them to come out straight away, but hey like i said give and take.

That's the trouble with modern hi tech kit, cant expect the dealer to take back parts once they are fitted, can get very expensive for minor faults...
I dont even know if it actually needs a laptop to change a loom. The sensor i guess stays put. But oh no I cant do it myself needs laptop again.
I've unplugged loom off sensor before to check connector and it worked ok after.

Some years we spend over a hundred grand with them on new kit.
If someone was rude to me I'd take my business elsewhere
What you should expect is good service and that they do their best to help and honour any warranty given. If it fails in the first month or six weeks, if bought used, I would expect the option of returning it and getting money back. Dealer doesn’t want it to fail any more than you do. Every failure and stoppage costs you both.
