2016 Payments still not received

We've yet to receive our 2016 payment with the delay being blamed on an inspection last September, just wondering how many others in Wales are also still awaiting payment.

Still not got 90% of my payment for 2016, due to them accidentally taking my entitlments off me, because entiltments team worked my claim before land and mapping, then giving me some from NR to make up for it, then taking off again, then repeating twice, before telling me everything was ok.

6 months on, the best they can do is always tell me to ring back in 3-4 weeks...........

Even better, they can never give me any reasons or updates etc and i was told just this week "were still working on 2015 claims in many cases so dont hold your breath ".

Yet these mistakes will impact my 2017 claim.... as the opperatievs told me... dont put it in until 2016 is sorted.... even woo thank god I ignored them and did. but still.

Fudging cant make the incompetence up!

you poor sods:(....i'm still owed about 1200/yr for 15 and 16 due to taking on some land but for some reason they docked entitlements:banghead::banghead:.....i've borrowed some for this yr while hopefully they sort it out...but it's a shambles:rolleyes:

Isn't their anything we can do? I've lost land because landlords don't believe an organisation can exist this incompetent (the 'll entitlements were taken off him while on loan to me and not returned)

Surely it's a breach of contract? If we f**ked up this bad we'd get sued surely?

Do solicitors make a diffwrence? I'm tempted to sue for my time, as I've used business in the past and won based on incompetence and malpractice.... surely the rpa aswell?

I will say it again that our 2015 and 2016 issues, and there were many, were cleared up in 6 week using an agent. Agents with more than a certain number of clients with issues were allocated a specific RPA bod pre-2017 submission to get stuff sorted out. It was worth every penny in getting the thing sorted; getting the money; and getting me some sleep.

How did that work? I used s & p for mine and no luck

Does not always work! I get involved in several BPS claims. Had two that were due 2015 and 2016 monies, both due to mapping relating to RLE1 forms submitted in May 2015 and both mapping issues resolved in October 2016. And have been speaking to a RPA designated case worker. One of those has recently received both 2015 and 2016 money. The other has not and later this week I shall start my usual monthly telephone call to ask why not. So my experience is that the it is a lottery.

Ours were down to an RLE1 change that made a field vanish - said field had lots of greening in it! And an entitlement transfer which happened twice. Both had decent paper trails which agent was able to supply. I was given the impression that agents with a quantity of clients with issues had been assigned someone to sort them out - this was the case with mine as he was able to get in touch with one person who clearly had the power to sort stuff out.

Shame to hear things from 2015 still not fixed.

I have an issue from 2008 and it's run on with all payments held back so I'm about 9 years money due in and Carnt get the Rpa to do any thing or even get them to call me back done everything even my MP and he Carnt get an answer if an agent or any one can help please get in touch

Still waiting for balance of our 2016 claim, wouldn't be so bad if we'd had any communication or were able to speak to someone. However people still having issues from 2008 is absolutely appalling.

My complaint has been in 3+ months and still has not been assigned to anyone to look at. No time frame can be given.

To quote an RPA member of staff I know - "Everyones on temp contracts through B****s**** Recruitment on minimum wage, half my group quit within 2 weeks and i found out what a hectare was just now [shes been their 3 weeks] - its crazy, i dont really know what im doing and the training guy is a temp too and is training us from a print out hes never seen before"

They would be better off burning the money .
They must have spent more now on staff and cock ups than the actual claim value.

nothing. found out yesterday my complaint from March has not yet been assigned to the complaints team.

It's totally kafkesque.
a senior supervisor told me to "just be patient and you will be paid when it gets done"

9 months after they confirmed they had made a small error.
nothing has been done. nothing at all.
yet my claim is marked as paid....
it what happens when you hire temps on 4 week contracts and treat the staff crap.... the service is worse than crap. it is simply none existent bordering on bizarrely anti-functional

Just got a letter back today saying there not paying anything out but looks like a temp has done the work as they said 2005 to 2008 was ineligible but that's already been through a tribunal so looks like they have no idea at all what there doing plus they want £450 to put it through next stage complaint so taken 12 years to come up with an answer that's not even relevant exasperated and frustrated is not enough

what's the legal? can't we take them to court for unpaid debt proving we met claim criteria and then send the debt collectors after them, or do rpa simply ignr the law?

surely it's breach of contract on their part, given they fine us for breach surely they should pay our costs and fees when we win?
