This harvest is an exact re run of 1987.

08 I remember been a bad year. 12 was utter crap but I got some good silage very early that year. This year the least said about the silage the better. Me thinking it always rains in June when I want to get on. I'll graze it once and cut in July. Cue the most perfect silage making weather around here in June and all of July and most of August a wash out. Silage turned into a salvage job of two crops in one. Can't wait to see how it analyses I'm sure it will be rocket fuel:rolleyes::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

any suggestions?coconuts?mangos?
Whatever works on the land. If cattle sink most of the year then.................don't do cattle. I don't because I don't have any sheds at the mo. It's easy. You just don't do it. Then they don't sink. Get something that won't sink.

Very little grown in this neck of the woods for malting. Can think of only 3 farms in the area that have commercial quantities of grain , as in the majority of their business is grain. The rest would be stock farmers supplying their own feed n straw !
