You can budget what you like, it doesn't mean it will happen like that. Just because its in the budget it doesn't mean you have to spend it, sometimes you need to go over budget, and income is in the hands of others and the weather.

I did some at £176 in August/September only 112t unfortunately.

Yes, 2.3t @£165 means we only now need another 4t@£130 to meet our budget.
Which will cover a 10% yield reduction from 7t to 6.3t.
Should have done more.
Because for 55 years or so we've had a strategy to sell 1/3 forward, 1/3 when we know what we've got after harvest, and 1/3 in the Spring when we know what we've got left.
Strangely enough, year on year this has often been one of the HGCA's best published scenarios.
To trade more now would not be consistent with our often winning strategy.
So, I'm budgeting for £130 but hoping for £160.
Could do with a new combine.

Why not use insurance then instead of selling any more forward - nett of premium it would get you more than your budgeted £130 ?
