Yes on a 2017 6617s I had u had to do all that selecting how you intended to drive it each time u started it including selecting TMS. That’s why I got shut of it and bought IVT Jd’s. Hop in and drive interchangeable with pedal or command pro(stick) and no need to worry about TMS as u call it as everyone I know uses AUTO mode rather than Custom or Manual. Those modes can be selected but I’ve never had need to leave AUTO mode as it’s the most fuel efficient and is my default.

That is biggest let down with dyns vt gearbox the software & the settings on it in a MF tractor , we have them in an MF & Fendt & you would never say it was the same gearbox
