Due to this years not so favourable weather we have had to make some cropping changes like many others, because of this there are a couple of AB8 and AB9 part parcel options that we would much rather not have to re-instate this year again.
I can't seem to find any clear answers to what happens if you don't carry out and don't claim for that option that year.
Is it just a simple case of you don't get paid for it in your payment, or is there penalties and the risk of agreement termination to go along with it as well?
