Also still waiting for ELS/HLS. Got paid in the first week of December 2020. Rang up RPA and they said it will get paid anytime in payment window which is December to June.

It would be nice if it gets paid in the correct financial year for ease of accounting, it will be my first CS payment and along with the slight increase in payment rates I'm not sure what I'm going to get!

For the first few years our CS arrangement paid out late and at random times of year. In 2020, we got two lots at once at the same time as bps, which made our accountant scratch his head a bit. Nothing since (I’ve renewed it, which was a good move with hindsight; the rates have improved by almost 50% - happy days!)

What options do you have that have increased by almost 50%? Or are you organic?

Everyone I have spoken to has been around 20% max with a few minus numbers.

Oh sugar ( or something similar) Hope it arrives soon, I personally find it annoying as if we said the same to various Government agencies ,they would fine us or threaten court action
Utter nonsense i am waiting so long for either the BPS ( or rather SFP ) or the mid tier agreement, you have 24 months to do all the capital works and we are already into month 3 with still no idea when or if we will get an agreement!

Finally received CS payment yesterday.
Doesn't really give much confidence when it all gets more complicated in the future.

However I am unable to log on to the RPA site this week to check what has been changed as I received the email of doom to say I have changes but cannot see them.
The site seems to be not working as it loads but just has a symbol that keeps turning but never loads.
I tried to phone but never got through and have sent an email but no response yet!!

I've had this problem with the rpa page too in the last couple of days. The first page (personal details or something?) Seems to load but then quickly disappears behind the spinning symbol.
