Thought we'd sold it earlier this week. Lovely couple walked the place, loved it, loved the price. Changed their minds the following day.

i'd love it....but ,as a family, we are comfortable here and i couldn't move them....there is so much potential there....i'dve run a couple hundred ewes and let the rest of the grass for cattle...so clean grazing each year....then convert those barns for holidays.....bought a bit of arable/yard down in pembroke for corn/fodder beet/contracting

That's an amazing place! if only the bank would let me borrow that much. Very reasonably priced in my opinion though, Recently in my village a old 3 bed bungalow with 12.5 acres has come up for sale for £450,000 . good luck with the sale! wish i could help you out!
