23C Pre Combustion Chambers

Just dropped a 23C cylinder head off to be skimmed, new valve guides and new valve seats fitted. Whilst there we got to discussing pre combustion chambers, and the guy suggested it may be possible to modify the head to accept Land Rover Series 11A chambers.

Has anyone else done this ?

Is it not easier too modify the chambers you have with pencil grinder too make the injector Spraymore direct too the piston instead of modding the head too take other ones
