Sheds up to 5000 sq ft or thereabouts, conforming to regs as to height, distance from roads etc under Ag exemption, as long as not within two years of the previous one.

Also conversion of redundant buildings for residential but lots of rules on that.

Do you know what height is allowed? I didn't realise there was a restriction on height.

So could a storage shed be within 400 m of another property? I'm thinking machinery, feed, bedding.
storage building more than 25m from a road ,less than 465m2, max height 12m,can not be within 3km of aerodrome, must be on a parcel land over 5ha if its more than 400m from a protected property (private house) in separate ownership it can be for stock this is as i remember it but just check the rules permitted development
