can anyone remind me what can/can't be done under these, I'm sure I should know but have forgot.

Do you know what height is allowed? I didn't realise there was a restriction on height.

That's not correct (unless it's recently changed)
Livestock buildings mustn't be within 400m (?) Of another non ag dwelling

So could a storage shed be within 400 m of another property? I'm thinking machinery, feed, bedding.

storage building more than 25m from a road ,less than 465m2, max height 12m,can not be within 3km of aerodrome, must be on a parcel land over 5ha if its more than 400m from a protected property (private house) in separate ownership it can be for stock this is as i remember it but just check the rules permitted development

Sounds like anything I want is within those guidelines.
