can anyone remind me what can/can't be done under these, I'm sure I should know but have forgot.
Do you know what height is allowed? I didn't realise there was a restriction on height.Sheds up to 5000 sq ft or thereabouts, conforming to regs as to height, distance from roads etc under Ag exemption, as long as not within two years of the previous one.
Also conversion of redundant buildings for residential but lots of rules on that.
