28 day rule

Looking at possibly having a few events on some grass areas, how far apart etc to they need to be, to be considered separate under the 28 day rule?

As far as I understand you can run events for 28 days in a year with no stipulation as to the gap in between each one . The year starts on the first event , it’s quite easy to forget when you started . [emoji6] Contact a neighbouring council to clarify this though & not your own , puts you one step ahead then . [emoji849] I’ve sent you a pm .

Thanks @YorkshireAndrew I was less than clear, what I meant was can I run 28 days at home farm then another 28 4 miles down the road? What about just over the road from main farm? The bit 4 miles down the road is in another county if that makes any difference?

I presume one needs to have the fees for the use of ones field up front,or else one could end up with no money and one hell of lot of litter etc to pick up.(n):banghead::eek:
