3 stresses

Leaving aside the weather and milk price (as they are things that we can do little about - unless with the latter you are very niche or cossetted by a supermarket COP contract), what are your 3 main stresses?

Mine (as of this moment):

1) E Coli mastitis - still can't work out why it's striking at the moment

2) Forward planning for 2019

3) People turning up wearing lanyards around their necks

It would probably stress me out trying to think what my top 3 stresses are, but just a thought on your e coli, are you on mains or borehole water? Visited a farm years ago when not many had boreholes and he was losing a lot of cows to e coli mastitis, very depressing. Eventually they found that the borehole they were using was loaded with it.

1)People not returning phone calls. I'm researching into establishing a finishing unit at the moment and i'm trying to sort out diggers to clear some land, get the prices and understand more about what happens if it goes wrong.

2))Apprentice. Been here 20 months and still doesn't know which field is which despite giving him detailed maps with all the field locations, sizes, water troughs etc. Other than that he's fine but it does wind me up because the fields don't move!

3)Planning for 2019 with all of the above. I only have an initial 5 year FBT which starts next month.
