3095 problem

My 3095 has started to slaken off the bolts holding the wheel centre onto the rim,any cure new bolts all round?

Or weld the nuts on.

Good chance they’re not actually slackening but stretching or the mating surfaces are not clean enough. Try them with a torque wrench to correct torque but ultimately it’s new bolts time. Is it doing heavy draft work or dump trailer type work?

The tyres are 540 but no real draft work,a couple hundred hrs per year, age related?

my ones slacken too, to the point of striping the threads i just replaced them with new bolts. it seams a fairly fine thread on my old ones
