4 bed house with 4 acres small holding to let

Hi I have a 4 bedroomed house etc to let , its just outside of Lampeter . The kids have flown the nest but i dont want to sell. I am looking to let it for several years and looking for someone who doesn't just want the house but is interested in the land etc. There is a field shelter , chicken coops, pig arch, 2 polly tunnels and a number or raised beds etc
