Sensible input required I'm!!
I'm trying to replace a 2014 Case 130cvx (well specced) that I really like, but it's no longer available as short chassis.
I am looking for CVT, min 50k, front links and pto. Fully suspended with air brakes, short chassis and tight turning (4 CYL) and at least steering ready (run rtk trimble currently sharing 2 screens across 3 tractors and combine).
I've had quotes on Jd 6130R AP, Valtra N174D and Fendt 516 and waiting on Cnh Maxxum 145 direct 8 (demo tomorrow) and Cvx. Also demo'd a deutz 165 cvt (no price yet).

What am I missing. I find the NH cabs a bit depressing and prefer the Case armrest, I like the new JD joystick, but the Valtra Smart touch has really surprised me, never even sat in a valtra before last week, very impressed. I think it pipped the fendt, but then the gearbox is not full cvt, I definitely prefer the cvx box on the case...

Too much choice!

Case Vestrum 130? Max hp 140 and 40k eco so could map the eco out to make it 50k?
I don't think we can get to the spec level we're needing. CVT box is a non negotiable, my dad list his clutch leg to a hungry power harrow, baling and hedge cutting all but impossible without it!

How about a Claas 550 Cmatic. We run one and get on well with it. Very comfortable, great cab that is well laid out, it's 165 hp so pokie enough depending on tyres quite manoeuvrable. We find it good on fuel and the back-up is very good. Claas do cmatic on all 500 series as well I think.
