Good Friday 30-3-18
A rather unsettled day especially across England and Wales as low pressure brings a risk of rain or showers, at times, throughout the day with locally heavy rain , hail & thunder possible in places too and perhaps with some sleet or wet snow across the Pennines. Drier across Scotland but with some wintry showers possible. on the cold side too, perhaps with the exception of the far south. Highs 7C in the north, 10C in the south 45/50F
Saturday 31-3-18
Risk of some rain or showers at times, perhaps especially across England and Wales where some heavy rain or showers are possible, still with the chance of some sleet or wet snow on hills. Perhaps drier across Scotland, especially W Scotland, but with showers in eastern areas of Scotland. A fresh E'ly breeze for most and rather cold. Overnight frost and icy patches possible. Highs up to 9C/48F
Easter Sunday 1-4-18
A cold and icy start with widespread frost and some icy patches, especially rurally. I think most places should stay dry except SW England here it will clod over with rain by late afternoon. Highs 7C/45F
Easter Monday 02-4-18
More rain or showers for many areas, perhaps moving northwards through the day. Heavy rain or showers looks set to across England, Wales and Ireland and with temps near freezing with the rain falling as sleet or snow which may develop across N Wales, perhaps the Midlands and N England later in the day. Scotland is likely to stay mostly dry and bright through the day. A rather cold day for the start of April, especially away from the far south, highs 3C to 8C. 37/46F
Metjeffuk would to wish you all a Happy Easter.
