Pipe overcrimped blocking it? Had this before on a TM, lift pipe. Awkward fit under cab, wouldnt go, eventually phone mechanic mate who said take pipe off and check, sure enough the lad at dealer had overcrimped it.

Bit of rubber off said pipe either blocking it?
Or bit of rubber, or dirt got moved to somewhere bad?
Air lock? Usuaĺy comes ok if the steering is moved or gears/4wd/pto engaged disengaged.

Not the pipe.absolutely no flow from pump whatsoever,New pipe disconnected from pump completely..

Those pipes take time and patience to take off and replace. The rubber pipe usually goes and has to be crimped onto the metal one.
Is the pipe loose at the pump end?
