Sanders, Isle of man, silage bales.

They feed bales all year then ? With cows milking that heavily, I don’t suppose they don’t buffer feed them, so ‘some’ will be used all year.

Lot of bales, bet he doesn't get the amount of waste that he would if it was clamped?
Only gripe I would have is that I don't like to see spikes used on bales before they're wrapped.
Be interested to hear his reason for bales not clamp

We used to make 1500 to 2000 a year on one site, rented from Yorkshire Water.

Couldn't have a pit for fear of leakage in to the reservoir, the farm had two great channels running through bringing water from two reservoirs to a third where the treatment plant was.
