Put up a Galvanised steel 90x80, concrete panels erected etc but with all galvanised livestock fittings and sheeted gates etc with large yard last year for 100k
That’s serious inflation

95' x 70' (30m x 21) with 3m panels along one short and one long side (floor separate cost) was going to cost £105k late last year. Seemed a lot, but it's designed to fit in with a 4m eave on one side, and 7m on the other for tipping height.
Decided to postpone to this year for cash flow reasons, suspect it might have gone up in price...

Had been expecting around £150k all in,put off for now as was hoping for price to come back, doesn't look like that will be happening in a hurry though.

I put up exactly same size shed up last August and ordered in January and shed concrete panels and two roller doors £96k and 30 k for concrete floor. Haven’t started drying floor yet.
