tried em all
including alkalite fuels
i remove the biofuel from ordinary petrol now
and mix the pure petrol with stihl full synth oil
its what is tolerable for yours truly

I know the battery saws have there place but £500+ for the bare body ,another 250 for a battery and 80 od for the charger is alot if its only getting minimal use .

Charging batteries is a bit of a pain , but no worse that getting fuel at the garage.

So simple / no hassle Stopping and starting is another huge benefit not fully appreciated until you've got a battery one.

and yes heck if difference with out them fumes breathing.
Less maintenance no petrol stink and vapours... spilt egg etc....

Have one on order but not got it yet, will be used in a shed on a saw horse so no more fumes, only bought one battery so far to see how it goes, will add another and leaf blower if it's good
