can anyone give me the reference for this (4.2 kw geared type ) ive done some googling but they all seem as if they are for the perkins engine are they the same ref for the sh!t sui.

better check with your local dealer tho on that part No.

No idea there is about 6 versions depending on serial number listed on the Agco Parts app whne i looked it up for you there
Ring Dealers iam sure they will be helpfull enuff or goto an independant dealer that can normall source the same or equ starters/alternators etc etc
These days some of them are only a few quid of the one from the original dealers tho.
Many of these parts cant be repaired anymore neither
