Not sure really something to do with telegraph poles
It stinks of creosote the pick up hitch is like brand new think it's had a different type hitch fitted
No service history as of most second hand tractors it's 15k

At that money you could chance it and put 10 k in a savings account for when it does blow up . Check the heads of the bolts on the head and backend and hope the paint is gone off them .

06 was a good year for John deere 20 series, I speak from experience, they ironed out a lot of faults
A contractor near here bought 10 of them in 06 for a motorway job , some of them gave more trouble than others but one gave that much trouble he sent it back . So you can be lucky . Some will give less trouble than others .

I would pay the extra couple of thousand for a well proven reliable gear box if you want a john deere (power/auto quad).. Things are cheap for a reason normally. If you want reliability then go basic.
Plus the autopower will be a pain for you to sell when you decide to sell it.

No it doesnt but is that really needed cutting hedges ? Surely it's in the interest to get as much hedge cut in one day not go slower that 1kph.
It's a expensive luxury. Very expensive when you talk depreciation and running costs as many have found out.
It could be a good one! Nobody knows until the box goes bang then it's too late that's just my non bias make opinion.
