6ft fencing

Has anyone any experience of higher than standard fencing? Looking at putting a 6ft fence in to dog proof our lambing field and am wondering what the best materials would be for that height and a rough idea of cost.
Thanks :)

use Clipex and for strainers concrete. a 5 inch reinforced concrete post will be 9ft and (with a bit of concrete in the bottom and strutted will just about be ok height wise.
I suggest them as they will out last timber by a generation and cost very similar to a timber straining post, maybe cheaper.

how do you spell height then becos i thought the rule was i b4 e except after c

They dropped teaching that at most schools after it was pointed out there were as many certain special cases words as actually followed the rule.

You could alway try reclaimed chain link fence but your best bet would be feet fencing though I don't if there is any fence that will keep a determined dog in or out.

Soon having some fencing done, we’ve gone for chainlink to keep the dogs in and the benefit of the close mesh to prevent the risk of a couple of them that don’t like each other making contact
