Is there any way to adjust hydraulic flow on these had a new pump just bit low on flow

It's a PFC system on these Magnums of course, when you say the flow is low do you mean from the remote valves ?
The remotes can be adjusted individually for flow

No everything hitch and remotes not nad just seems to have half the flow it should have

Possibly a blocked strainer filter if they’ve disturbed something when reinstalling it?

No checked all that didn't know if there was a stroke limiter on the pump that's stops it swashing all the way

Every thing works fine it struggles to power the fan on drill at full speed and lift is just a it slow

You need a flow meter to check if the remotes flow is correct & the adjusters are working ok.
Provided it's the right pump the flow should be identical.
But of course the piston pump relies on a signal before it moves it's stroke to give more flow or pressure.
