750a depth wheel

Does anyone have a source for a shim to pinch up the bearing in the depth wheel? I know it has been discussed on here, using a washer to take the play out but in my mind it needs about a 0.5 mm shim? Apologies if it is already on here....... Thanks Mike.

Local bearing specialists would stock shims surely? easy to find I would think

I bought from here a few years ago. Can't find the exact size I ordered (39.6x25x0.5). This looks like it might fit but check measurements.

Along with the shim I was going to score the plastic and glue the bearings in, is this what others do?
